Cozy Vibes Blog for Autumn & Winter 2024 by Joy's Fit Life



Welcome to another JFL Blog! Hope you are doing well. For the first time I am embracing shorter days, longer nights and chilly air. (you know...I'm a summer girlie lol) But this #season has me on some #warm and #cozy #vibes. As we enter into this cold #weather time,

first thing is to keep our #immune systems #strong and ready to FIGHT! A few ways we can do that is by mixing up some of my #MagicPotion.

The beautiful thing is that our bodies heal naturally and we can always assist in that healing by giving it a boost. We can also cozy up to some warm tasty #soups for the #soul. And sip on some herbal teas like #chamomile, #peppermint and #lavender for #calm and #relaxation.


Keeping our biggest #organ the (SKIN)! #hydrated and #moisturized is a MUST during this time. Body butters and creams with help us keep cozy in our #skin. These are a few of my #favs that I love to use. Shea Butter with Turmeric, Palmers Coconut Hydrate and EOS 24Hour moisture. They

work excellent for me. :)

*Create Cozy Vibes with Scents and Sounds*

Light up some #candles with #relaxing and #calming #aromas with scents such as #lavender #vanilla #rose #jasmine #cinnamon #musk and #ocean to name a few.

Chill out and listen to soft #music and calming #sounds like #jazz, #classical and #healing sound #frequencies. They can all be found on You Tube. I love listening to healing sounds, it's so #calming, #comforting and #joyful.


Have #compassion for yourself and others. It's #hibernation time, lets transform and get ready for #2025 because it's going to be "All The Way Live"! Happy Hibernation! Deuces!!! #joysfitlife #beinspired.
