Summertime 2025 Skin Quenchers and Protection.

Let's talk about protecting the biggest #organ on our #body. Our "SKIN". Starting with the #scalp. When it's exposed to too much #UV rays and #sun it can cause #sunburn, #flakes, #redness, and pain. It could even cause damage to the #hair #follicles. (I have experienced this and it's not fun). The hair can also be effected by UV #rays which could create #breakage, #split ends, and #dryness. A great way to protect our scalp and hair is by wearing a #hat or a #scarf. There are scalp and hair #mist #products as well that could help with #protection.

There's a small area of skin that we neglect to #protect. The "LIPS". If our #lips are not protected from UV rays it can cause dryness, sunburn, #cracking and #premature #aging. Use #lip #balms and #glosses with UV protection and #hydration. To keep those lips #soft and #moist.

One of the most #exposed areas to the sun and UV rays is our "FACE". Too much #exposure can cause sunburn, #wrinkles, premature aging, sun spots and long term skin #damage. Face #moisturizers and #facial #mists with #SPF of 30 and above are great ways to keep the skin quenched, moisturized and protected. I can't wait to try this e.l.f. The most effective ways to protect our body of skin from the sun and UV rays is by using sunscreen SPF 30 and above. Also by #wearing protective #clothing and #chillin in the #shade.


Apply sunscreen every 2
hours if you're going to be in the sun for a full #day. Wear your #sunglasses and #stay #cool.
